Timothy was raised in Sacramento, Ca where his family has been rooted for over 30 years. It was not long after Tim’s high school graduation that he was thrown into a life altering situation. He was the first and lone rescuer to a motorcycle accident in the back hills of Placerville, CA. At the time, Tim barely possessed the rudimentary principles of CPR and furthermore had no way of contacting anyone for help. Tim came out the other side of this experience with a burning desire to never be in that situation again and be so helpless. This was the beginning of his endeavor into the field of medicine. Timothy began by registering for his courses to become an EMT and not long after started working in the field. Timothy worked for one year on an ambulance before being given the opportunity to go to Paramedic school. Timothy continued to work in Sacramento as a paramedic for the following four years before moving to the bay area. It was at this time in Timothy’s life that he reached another pivotal moment. After many years of dealing with depression and anxiety, he made the decision to try living life as a sober man. The recovery process requires one to delve into the root causes of their character defects and closely examine the past and present relationships in their life. After a year of sobriety, Timothy decided to use the skills he possessed as a Paramedic and apply them to the field of recovery. It did not take long before he realized that there was a lot of ways that his skill set both in medicine and in life could contribute to the recovery industry. Timothy now resides in Novato, Ca with his wife Grace and their new golden retriever puppy, Enzo. He has also made the decision to return to school and is actively pursuing his degree as a Registered Nurse. In his spare time he enjoys playing rugby with a local team, backpacking in Tahoe, and surfing along the California coast.
